Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 45 to 70 years 2 Able to walk without assistive devices 3 Living in the study area for at least 6 months 4 Able to communicate in Thai listening, speaking, reading, writing 5 Physician diagnosed knee osteoarthritis, WOMAC total score 25 to 45 (moderate OA) 6 Radiographic evidence of Kellgren Lawrence grade 2 knee osteoarthritis 7 Able to understand instructions, follow trial procedures, and comply with study visits 8 Provide accurate information and written informed consent voluntarily
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1Allergy to cannabis or cannabis extracts 2Allergy to coconut oil used as a solvent 3Use of cannabis products or cannabis components within the past 3 months and not discontinued before study participation 4Personal or family history of psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, chronic depression, suicidal ideation, or psychosis 5Severe spinal or other leg joint diseases affecting the treated knee Pregnant participants 6Use of anticoagulants such as warfarin, central nervous system depressants such as benzodiazepines, or anticonvulsants such as clobazam 7Presence of wounds on the knee area to be treated
