Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy youth soccer players from a single club competing in the Thailand university games - age between 18-22 years - Estimated VO2max (From beep test) was in very good range (equal or more than 49 ml/min/kg) - Had no experiences in training with both intermittent training and circuit training during the past 6 months - Had no musculoskeletal injuries and absence of known cardiovascular diseases - Not under treatment or using medicine and supplementation that influences the muscle/cardio function and blood circulation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Has cardiorespiratory-related diseases and musculoskeletal injuries in past 6 months.
