Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with hypertension for at least 6 months and currently receiving oral antihypertensive medication. 2. Able to perform activities of daily living independently, assessed by the Barthel ADL Index (Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health, 2014), which consists of 10 items, with a minimum score of 12 out of 20. 3. Fully alert and oriented, assessed by the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ) by Pfeiffer (1975), Thai version by Chiang Mai Provincial Public Health Office (2018), with a score of 8 or higher. 4. Able to read and write in Thai. 5. Able to use online video media. 6. Willing and voluntarily consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having acute severe hypertension, defined as systolic blood pressure greater than 180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure greater than 120 mmHg. 2. Having a high level of health literacy, assessed by the Health Literacy Measurement for Older Adults with Hypertension by Wanida Saengkhiao et al. (2022), with a health literacy score above 42. Discontinuation Criteria Unable to participate in the study as scheduled, due to hospitalization, relocation, or death.
