Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) PD patients above 18 years of age (2) Patients who diagnose PD according to UKPDSBB criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previously diagnosed of dementia and impaired activities of daily living 2. Patients with other neurological comorbidities such as a history of stroke, Alzheimer's disease, and mental retardation 3. Patients with Hoehn & Yahr stages 5
