Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females 2. Having latent myofascial trigger points in the upper trapezius muscle 3. Period of latent myofascial trigger points during 3-12 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fibromyalgia syndrome 2. History of whiplash injury or cervical spine surgery 3. Pain in the neck that radiates down the arm 4. Treatment history of myalgia and fibrosis syndrome one month prior to study 5. Having menstruation during the study
