Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and older who had been diagnosed with various types of cancer, recorded using the International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision codes C00 to C97 and D00 to D48. 2. The patient passed away while receiving care at the hospital between January 1, 2023, and January 1, 2025
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without electronic medical record documentation of cancer treatment prior to death 2. Incomplete electronic medical record data.
