Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 All first-year internal medicine residents at the Department of Medicine, Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, who began their training in June 2023. 2 Participants must provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Residents who decline to join the project
