Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2. American society of anesthesiologist (ASA) score < 3 3. Not immunocompromised or pregnant 4. No evidence of functional/anatomic solitary kidney 5. No anatomic abnormalities (i.e. Stricture, ureteropelvic junction obstruction, horse shoe kidney) 6. No urinary tract reconstruction 7. No uncorrected bleeding diathesis, anticoagulant and/or antiplatelet therapy 8. No history of neurogenic bladder or incomplete bladder emptying 9. No sign or symptom of sepsis 10. No history of sepsis associated with urinary tract infection 11. No untreated positive urine culture 12. No stones in multiple location (i.e. both ureter and kidney) 13. Stone size <= 15 mm 14. Operative time <= 60 minutes 15. No balloon dilation of the ureter 16. Unilateral procedure 17. No plan for second look procedure 18. Retrograde ureteroscopy only 19. No ureteral perforation or trauma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active gross hematuria during procedure 2. Severe ureteral edema during procedure 3. Vital sign unstable 4. Sepsis during procedure
