Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients aged 6 months to 5 years who required ultrasound-guided right internal jugular vein CVC insertion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: skin infection at the insertion site, insufficient quality of preoperative chest radiographs, coagulopathy, neck or chest wall deformity, non-patent central veins, and rotational cardiac or extracardiac vascular anomalies
