Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 years or older Resident of an urban community in Bangkok or nearby provinces Able to communicate in Thai Access to a smartphone or tablet with internet connection Willing and able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment that prevents participation Current acute psychiatric crisis requiring immediate care Participation in other structured mental health education or intervention programs during the study period Inability to complete online activities despite support Withdrawal of consent at any time
