Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Singleton pregnant women at gestational ages between 8 and 32 weeks who attended the antenatal clinic at Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University (Ongkharak) 2 Gestational age and fetal viability confirmed by ultrasonography
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant women who decline to participate in the research. 2 Pregnant women with olfactory disorders. 3 Pregnant women diagnosed with psychiatric disorders or mood disturbances requiring medical treatment. Pregnant women with a history of severe allergic asthma. Pregnant women who are allergic to or dislike all types of essential oils and are unwilling to use them. Pregnant women with a history of severe gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) requiring current treatment, or those who refuse to participate in the research after being informed that their reflux symptoms may worsen.
