Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 18-35 years, regardless of gender. 2. Patients in good health (ASA Class I or II). 3. Patients with at least one impacted third mandibular molar requiring bone removal and tooth sectioning. 4. Patients who can record study outcomes and attend follow-up appointments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of allergies to medications or Centella asiatica extracts used in the study. 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients. 3. Patients with underlying diseases or systemic conditions. 4. Patients experiencing pain from the third mandibular molar or the oral and facial region. 5. Patients who have taken painkillers within one week before surgery. 6. Patients who regularly take dietary supplements or herbal remedies. 7. Patients with infections or pathological conditions related to the third mandibular molar. 8. Patients requiring simultaneous extraction of both third mandibular molars.
