Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years 2. Presented with non-traumatic chest pain 3. Investigated EKG, Troponin and creatinine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sudden cardiac arrest at presentation Incomplete 30-day follow-up STEMI
