Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) PD patients above 18 years of age (2) Patients who diagnose PD according to UKPDSBB criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with previously diagnosed of dementia and impaired activities of daily living (2) Patients with other neurological comorbidities such as a history of stroke, Alzheimer's disease, and mental retardation (3) Patients with Hoehn & Yahr stages 5
