Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria For mothers: (1) Be 18 years or older; (2) Be the primary caregiver and co-reside with only one child diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). (3) Own a smartphone with internet access. (4) Be able to read, write, and communicate in Vietnamese. For children: (1) aged between 3 and 10 years; (2) be the first child of the mother diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). (3) Have been diagnosed with ASD within the last 6 months by a psychiatrist, according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM-V), and have a certificate of disability issued by a medical institution for ASD.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Mothers: (1) Participants or children diagnosed with serious medical, genetic, or psychiatric disorders, as diagnosed by physicians or psychiatrists. Discontinuation Criteria for Mothers: (1) Participants who do not attend or complete all scheduled sessions. (2) Participants who request withdrawal due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or inconvenience in attending program activities. (3) Participants who experience severe illness or enter a critical condition requiring hospitalization during the program.
