Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly people aged 70 years who can communicate well and are asymptomatic for underlying diseases or musculoskeletal issues
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Elderly people with communication and understanding problems that affect their cooperation in the assessment (2) Elderly people with exacerbation of musculoskeletal diseases (3) Elderly people with underlying diseases and doctors have advised them to avoid exercise Withdrawal or termination criteria: Participants who cannot do exercises and request to withdraw from the study
