31 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 31 to 70 years old 2.Patients received single immediate implant placement with immediate provisional crown in anterior teeth with socket type class I and IIA from Elian classification 3.Patients with ASA class I and II 4. Patients with good to fair oral hygiene conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pregnancy 2. Patients received Immediate implant placement with soft tissue surgery 3.Patients who deviated from the planned treatment during surgery, such as undergoing delayed soft tissue grafting, requiring implant removal (explant), or developing gingival overgrowth of the soft tissue due to calcium channel blockers or immunosuppressive agents, which prevented follow-up within the designated time period.
