Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male handball athletes from Burapha University, aged between 19-22 years, playing as goalkeepers or defenders. No musculoskeletal injuries, ligament or joint problems, or other injuries that may hinder participation in the study. No history of accidents or prior injuries affecting handball performance within the three months before participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants experiencing unforeseen circumstances that prevent further participation in the study, such as injuries, accidents, or illnesses. Lack of cooperation or unwillingness to continue participating in the study.
