Interventions
Pediatric patients who underwent surgery under general anesthesia.
They will have completed the perioperative experience in part I : Questionnaires for 11 items,One of patients'
parents or caregiver.
They will complete in questionnaires part II (22 items) about perioperative experience of their child.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-18 years old. 2. ASA physical status 1-3 3. Elective surgery including general surgery, urological surgery, plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmic surgery, ENT surgery, gastroenteroscopy and dental procedures under general anesthesia 4. In-patient department (IPD) case
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disorders by a physician, including developmental delay, intellectual disability, Down syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), cerebral palsy, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD). 2. Patients or parents who have communication disorders or are unable to communicate in or comprehend the Thai language. 3. Patients or parents diagnosed with behavioral or emotional disorders, including psychiatric conditions, as determined by a physician. 4. Patients who are scheduled to remain intubated postoperatively. 5. Patients undergoing major cardiac surgery, neurologic surgery, or those requiring postoperative care in the intensive care unit (ICU).
