Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged 18 to 25 years 2. The participants diagnosed by a physician with primary dysmenorrhea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants utilizing menstrual pain relievers or contraceptives 2. Participants exhibiting fever (temperature exceeding 37.5 degree celsius, cancer, skin diseases, thrombosis, or diabetes 3. Participants who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum 4. Participants with a history of allergies to any Thai herbal remedies
