Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Thai non-valular AF aged 18 years or older. - Who have been receiving edoxaban with 100% adherence for at least 7 days. - Who provide informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Moderate to severe mitral valve stenosis or mechanical heart valve replacement. - Pregnant or breastfeeding volunteers. - Psychiatric disorders or dementia without a caregiver to manage their medication.
