Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy male or female individuals aged between 18 and 25 years. 2. Individuals with a minimum educational attainment of Grade 6 (elementary level) or higher. 3. Individuals who use a computer for typing tasks continuously for at least 1 hour per day on a minimum of 5 days per week. 4. Individuals with at least one year of experience in computer-based typing tasks. 5. Individuals with normal or corrected-to-normal vision, with or without the use of eyeglasses. 6. Individuals identified as being at risk of developing neck and shoulder pain in the future.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal conditions 2. Neurological conditions 3. History of surgery at neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands 4. Serious conditions such as malignancy, autoimmune diseases, fracture, infection 5. Pregnancy 6. BMI > 25 kg/m2 7. Regular strengthening or endurance exercise of neck, shoulder and back
