Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old with a definite diagnosis of aneurysm ruptured cases from vascular imaging such as cerebral angiography or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 2. Patients underwent craniotomy or craniectomy with aneurysm clipping surgery under general anesthesia at Vajira Hospital, Navamindradhiraj University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative lower blood pressure (SBP < 90 mmHg or MAP < 65mmHg) 2. Patients with preoperative hypotension that required vasopressor until preinduction 3. Patients underwent re-operative clipping aneurysm 4. Patients with intra-operative ruptured aneurysm 5. Incomplete recorded document data
