Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years. 2. Sensitized to dust mites, confirmed by: Positive skin prick test with Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Der p) and/or Dermatophagoides farinae (Der f) from ALK Laboratories. Specific IgE to Der p and/or Der f >0.35 kU/l (ImmunoCap). 3. For shrimp allergy : Clinical diagnosis of shrimp allergy with IgE-mediated reaction occurring within 1-6 hours of ingestion, including skin symptoms (hives, itching, swelling, hoarseness, throat tightness) or respiratory/cardiovascular symptoms (wheezing, hypotension, syncope). Shrimp allergy confirmed by at least one of the following: o Positive skin prick test with shrimp extract (ALK Laboratories). o Positive prick-to-prick test with shrimp. o Specific IgE to shrimp >0.35 kU/l (ImmunoCap, Thermo Fisher Scientific).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. 2. History of immunotherapy. 3. Nasal hyperresponsiveness. 4. Chronic rhinosinusitis, acute infections, nasal polyps, septal deviation, or septal perforations. 5. Inability to undergo skin or nasal challenge testing. 6. Treatment with biologic agents. 7. Severe or uncontrolled asthma (ACT score < 19, FEV1 <70%, or requiring emergency inhaler > 1 times per week). 8. Severe COPD (mMRC >1 , >1 exacerbations/year, or FEV1 <70%). 9. Cardiopulmonary conditions contraindicating epinephrine use. 10. Severe chronic diseases, including cancer with poor prognosis, severe cardiovascular disease (functional class > 1, recent MI/stroke within 6 months). 11. Inability to attend follow-ups. 12. Other severe illnesses. 13. Infectious diseases transmissible via aerosolized particles.
