Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Fully conscious able to communicate and with normal hearing. 2.Age 18 years or older. For participants over 65 years of age cognitive function must be assessed using the 6 Item Cognitive Impairment Test with a score ranging from 0 to 7. 3. Gynecologic cancer no prior treatment with chemotherapy and or radiotherapy before surgery. 4. Willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of postoperative complications, such as unstable vital signs, shock, massive postoperative bleeding, respiratory failure, or other complications (e.g., bowel perforation during surgery), which may prevent discharge according to the treatment plan of the medical team. Participants withdrawal from the study.
