Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No breast milk flow as assessed during the initial evaluation (score 0) 2. First-time postpartum mother with a normal delivery at the Obstetrics and Gynecology ward 3. Age between 20 to 35 years 4. No physical abnormalities of the nipples or breasts 5. Able to communicate in Thai
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. had a history of allergic reactions to herbal ingredients commonly used in traditional postpartum tonic formulations 2. had intrapartum complications, such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, renal disease, or HIV/AIDS 3. had postpartum complications, including infections, postpartum hemorrhage, endometritis, or fever 4. using hormonal contraceptives or other medications that may negatively affect lactation 5. currently taking medications that may interact with postpartum herbal tonics, such as Phenytoin, Propranolol, Theophylline, or Rifampicin 6. received pharmacological galactagogues, such as Domperidone 7. The participant has consumed herbal galactagogues, such as ginger tea or moringa tea
