Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Distal radius fracture requiring surgery as AAOS 2020 guideline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture 2. Distal end radius fracture AO classification 2R3A1 radial styloid fracture, 2R3B2 dorsal rim Barton 3. Noncooperative patients 4. Refuse to do surgery 5. Unwilling to attend research project 6. Severe comorbidity, not fit for surgery 7. Cannot follow-up at Vajira hospital 8. Concomitant distal ulnar fracture that need fixation 9. Concomitant DRUJ instability despite radius fixation 10. Previous wrist fracture or pathology affected side 11. Multiple fracture of upper extremity 12. WALANT anesthesia technique 13. Time to surgery more than 30 days 14. Infected skin incision area 15. Prolonged post-op splinting more than 4 week
