Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 years and above Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes Registered member of Elderly Activity Centre PAWE in Selangor Able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Functional dependency based on Katz Index of Activities of Daily Living or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living Presence of depressive symptoms Cognitive impairment
