Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 - 60 year old 2.The patients undergoing lower limb surgery under spinal anesthesia and/or peripheral nerve block 3.Elective surgery 4.American association of Anesthesiologist (ASA) I -II 5.Operation time less than 3 hours. 6.The patients administered Sedative drug in 24 hours. 7.Absence of psychiatric disorders and substance abuse history. 8.The patients undergoing surgery under spinal anesthesia for first time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients declined to participate in the study. 2.The patients administered antianxiety drug, antiemetic drug and antishivering agent intraoperative. 3.The patients hearing impairment.
