Age
16 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women (0-15 weeks of pregnancy) 2. Appearing healthy, no records of pregnancy complications 3. Not suffering from anemia 4. Willing to be a respondent 5. Not planning to move during the intervention 6. Residing in the selected PHC area

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a severe anemia
