Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Presented with seizure 3. CT brain non contrast
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Association with traumatic brain injury 2. Pregnancy 3. CT brain scan inconsistent amongst expert 4. No close relatives assess level of consciousness in normal state
