Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral inferior alveolar nerve block. 2. age between 18-50 years 3. patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to local anesthesia. 2. patients on antidepressants or anti psychotic drugs. 3. patients not willing to participate. 4. Patients with tenderness at the site of injection.
