Age
30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Bedridden or limited mobility for at least 2 days. 2.Alert mental status with stable vital signs. 3.Able to communicate and willing to cooperate. 4.Motor power grade 3 or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of central or peripheral nervous system pathology 2.Patients with fracture immobilized by cast or fixation in arm, humerus, or clavicle

MeasureTime frame
Range of Motion (ROM) of affected joints From baseline to 3 days after intervention measured in degrees using a Goniometer.

Activities of Daily Living (ADL) From baseline to 3 days after intervention assessed with an ADL record form documenting functional performance.
