Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients agree to participate in the study 2.Age above 18 years old 3.No condition of bed bound or bed ridden 4.Diagnosed with osteoarhtritis of ankle by Assoc. Prof. Marut Arunakul, M.D. Must be in stage 2 or 3a or 3b of Takakura-Tanaka classification
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of steroid injection at the ankle 2.History of septic ankle 3.Skin infection around injection site before entering the study 4.Hypersensitivities to avian protein or any components of hyaluronan-based injection 5.Osteochondral lesion of the talus 6.History of Gout nad others inflammatory joint
