Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male and female volunteers aged 35-65 years 2) Body mass index in the range of 18-25 kg/m2 3) Stress assessment results were normal (score less than 7) from the assessment using the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Assessment Scale (DASS-21) 4) Do not regularly consume probiotic foods such as Yakult, sour milk, yogurt 5) Able to communicate, read and write in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have chronic diseases that require continuous medication, such as cardiovascular disease or blood clot blockage, lung disease, thyroid disease, adrenal gland, pituitary gland, cancer, diabetes, allergies, liver disease. 2) Take cholesterol-lowering drugs, blood sugar-lowering drugs, blood pressure-lowering drugs, or drugs that interfere with platelet function, such as aspirin and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs before participating in the research project. 3) Take birth control pills or hormones or dietary supplements regularly. 4) Take other dietary supplements. affecting the brain, heart and blood vessels, as well as metabolic processes, such as weight loss and fat reduction before joining the research project 5) Drinking more than 5 alcoholic beverages per day 6) Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day 7) Being an athlete who exercises regularly (more than 3 times per week) 8) Currently using birth control pills 9) Being pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the research 10) Currently breastfeeding 11) Currently participating in other projects
