Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who diagnosed OA of knee 2. and diagnosed T2DM 3. and taking SYSADOA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. T2DM who require insulin injection or changing protocol of glycemic drug 2. Pregnant women of breast feeding 3. Chronic liver disease 4. Cardiovascular disease 5. Ongoing of steroid use 6. Thyroid disease 7. Psychiatric disorder 8. Anemia 9. End-stage kidney disease
