Inclusion criteria: Pt undergoing TKA under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive problem 2. Allergy to any drugs in trial 3 unable to communication 4 Chronic pain conditions and chronic opioid used
