Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older 2. Diagnosed with sporotrichosis by a dermatologist, with laboratory confirmation by fungal culture 3. Presence of two or more skin lesions 4. Willing to participate voluntarily and consent to receive MB-PDT treatment and follow-up evaluations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals 2. Patients with photosensitivity disorders in the visible light spectrum, such as porphyria or solar urticaria 3. History of allergy to methylene blue 4. Patients with G6PD deficiency
