Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Transgender men who attend follow-up appointments at the Gynecology Clinic and Gender Health Clinic, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society 2. Willing to participate in the research study 3. Able to read and write Thai proficiently 4. Transgender men who wish to receive gender-affirming hormone therapy and have never received such hormone therapy prior to participating in the study 5. No history of ovarian surgery in the past
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of abnormal liver or kidney function. 2. Current symptoms or history of other psychiatric disorders, including Schizophrenia 3. Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders. 4. Use of psychiatric medications or other neurologically active drugs prior to enrollment in the study. 5. History of HIV infection and treatment with antiretroviral drugs. 6. Use of any medications that affect the metabolism of testosterone during the course of gender-affirming hormone therapy. 7. Presence of conditions or use of medications that affect blood coagulation. Any other contraindications to gender-affirming hormone therapy, such as cerebrovascular thrombosis, acute myocardial infarction, or hormone-sensitive cancers.
