Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Person with Mild to Moderate Dementia: (1) Diagnosed with dementia by a specialist physician according to the criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) under the category of Major Neurocognitive Disorder, with a diagnosis duration of at least 3 months prior to enrollment. (2) Dementia severity assessed using the Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE), with Scores of 18 to 23 indicating mild dementia Scores of 10 to 17 indicating moderate dementia (3) Able to communicate effectively in Thai language and Caregivers: (1)Aged between 18 to 59 years (2) Have a familial relationship with the person diagnosed with dementia (3) Live in the same household as the person with dementia (4) Able to communicate effectively in Thai language (5) Identified as the primary caregiver and have provided continuous care for the person with dementia for at least 3 months (6) Own a smartphone (7) Have the ability to use smartphone applications
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Persons with Mild to Moderate Dementia: (1)Diagnosed with severe comorbid conditions or at an end-stage of illness, such as terminal cancer or end-stage chronic kidney disease, as assessed from the patient's medical records. (2) Diagnosed with psychiatric disorders, such as hallucinations or delusions. and Caregivers: (1) Caregivers diagnosed with severe or end-stage chronic illnesses, such as dementia, terminal cancer, or end-stage chronic kidney disease, as assessed through a caregiver screening form and information on their underlying health conditions.
