Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy healthcare workers aged 20-60 years 2. No uncontrolled underlying cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, and metabolic diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smoking status: current smokers or ex-smokers < 6 months 2. BMI > 30 kg/m2 3. Pregnancy or planning to become pregnant during the study period 4. Use air purifiers and/or home air purifier system 5. Regular taking medications, nutritional products or vitamins proved to have antioxidant properties e.g., N-acetylcysteine, vitamin C, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acid. 6. Acute infection within prior 4 weeks 7. Heavy exercise 1 week before blood sampling 8. Immunocompromised conditions or treated with long-term systemic steroids or immunosuppressive agents 9. Active cancer at any stages 10. Severe stage of underlying diseases: end-stage renal disease or requiring long- term dialysis, cirrhosis Child-Pugh C, respiratory diseases treated with biologic agents
