Interventions

On the study day, each participant will take the protein free cookies and amino acid drink, as pre-calculated amount based on standard egg amino acid contents according to their energy expenditure and
and protein free cookies will also be given to meet carbohydrate and fat calories. Each level of limiting amino acid intake (methionine) is 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 milligram per kilogram for reference levels

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Apparently healthy 2. Age: 19-40 years 3. Sex: females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with the previous history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus and other underlying diseases 2. Those who are regularly taking medications except vitamin and mineral supplements 3. Pregnant and lactating women
