Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. College students aged 16 to 20, 2. Self-reported public speaking anxiety 3. Participants have severe public speaking anxiety measured by standard assessment tools.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with mild or moderate public speaking anxiety will not be included in the research
