Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Male ii. Age between 25 and 45 years old iii. Physically inactive (less than 600 MET-min/week - IPAQ) iv. Regular tobacco cigarette smokers (An adult who has smoked at least 100 cigarettes in his or her lifetime, and who now smokes every day) v. Healthy (no medical illnesses)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Has history of cardiac, hepatic, renal problems, etc. ii. Consuming Moringa oleifera within the last 3 months iii. Taking antioxidant and/or immune booster supplements within the last 3 months iv. Taking any other supplementary products
