18 Years to 20 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Junior Helpers from the School of Public Health aged between 18 and 20 years; (2) Currently enrolled as a first or second-year student; and (3) Scored 27-34 on the psychological endurance subscale of the Resilience Quotient (RQ) Assessment. (4) Willingness to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Junior Helpers with mental health conditions or a psychiatric diagnosis; and (2) Those who withdrew or discontinued participation during the study.
