Participants will receive nine capsules containing 100 mg of Sahastara remedy extract per capsule. They will be instructed to take one capsule before each meal, three times per day, for three days fol

Age
18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participant aged 18 and 30 years 2. Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 22.9 Kg/m2 3. Moderate and vigorous physical activity is less than 150 min per week 4. Alcohol consumption is less than 40 grams/day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Level of creatine kinase is more than 190 U/L 2. Level of lactate dehydrogenase is more than 280 U/L 3. Level of C-reactive protein is more than 2 mg/L 4. Smoking behavior 5. Having medical conditions that must take continuously medicine 6. Having musculoskeletal disorder 7. Currently undergoing antihistamines therapy (terfenadine, astemizole, loratadine, cetirizine), bronchodilators (salbutamol), Decongestant (pseudoephedrine, phenylephrine) 8. Abnormal range of CBC -PLT count is less than 125,000 cells/microliter -Hct is more than 40 percentage -Hb is more than 11 g/dL 9. Abnormal liver and renal function testing -AST is more than 2 times of ULN (40 U/L) -ALT is more than 2 times of ULN (40 U/L) -ALP is more than 1.5 times of ULN (140 U/L) -Creatinine is more than 1.5 times of ULN (1.35 mg/dL) -BUN is more than 1.5 times of ULN (20 mg/dL)
