60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly individuals aged 60 years and above, both male and female. 2. Residing in a community near Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai Province. 3. Experiencing chronic neck pain for more than 1 month, with pain scores above 5 on the Pain Scale, which affects daily life activities. 4. Willingness to participate in the research. 5. Able to communicate and follow the research procedures. 6. Must pass an initial brain function assessment using the Thai version of the Mini-MentalState Examination (MMSE-Thai more than 23 points). 7. Experiencing intoxication, disorientation, or loss of consciousness. 8. Taking medications that may affect exercise performance, such as those causing drowsiness. 9. Having a history of neck surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Withdrawal recommended by a physician due to any abnormalities or complications occurring during the research process. 2.The volunteer is unable to adhere to the research procedures for at least 80% of the designated research timeline. 3.An increase in pain or inability to move the neck due to accidents or other unforeseen events occurring during the course of the study.
