18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Patients aged between 18 and 70 years 2. Patients scheduled for outpatient colonoscopy between July and September 2023 3. Able to communicate in Thai 4. Having a smartphone that can access telemedicine platforms or able to access telemedicine services through a local healthcare facility 5. Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. Patients undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy at the same time 2. Patients unable to use a smartphone or remote communication tools for the study 3. Unable to comply with study instructions as determined by the investigator
