Conditions

A skin incision is made along the transverse carpal crease, ulnar to the palmaris longus.,The skin incision for this procedure is made on the palm, just above the transverse carpal ligament

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome unresponsive to conservative treatment. 2. Able to communicate in Thai. 3. Aged 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. double crush syndrom 2. pregnancy 3. failure to complete follow-up
