Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome unresponsive to conservative treatment. 2. Able to communicate in Thai. 3. Aged 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. double crush syndrom 2. pregnancy 3. failure to complete follow-up
