Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older 2. Patients who retained foley catheter 3. Patients admitted to Trauma critical care unit for a minimum of 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with AKI, CKD stage 3 onwards, on RRT 2. Patients diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis 3. Received medication affecting the creatinine clearance or diuretic medications 4. Refuse treatment or decline to participate in the study 5. Pregnant woman

Diagnostic performance at the end of 24 h urine collection with mCrCl calculation sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value

MeasureTime frame
Prevalence of ARC at the end of 24 h urine collection with mCrCl calculation use the mCrCl calculation from 24 h urine collection to determine the percentage of ARC
